Welcome. This is a space for sharing tools and resources relating to my work as a GP and wellbeing facilitator. I work together with individuals to help find unique ways to live more authentically and with more ease in day-to-day interactions and relationships.

Drawing on my traditional medical background and engagement with critical mental health perspectives, I approach psychiatric diagnoses and periods of emotional or psychological crisis from an open-minded, integrative understanding.

I have undertaken additional training as an EMDR practitioner, Three Principles facilitator, an Alexander Technique teacher, a HeartMath 1:1 and group coach and as a Hearing Voices group facilitator. All of these modalities have benefited my own sense of well-being and have given me a deeper understanding of how deeply our inner environments impact how we experience our lives uniquely on a moment to moment basis. Coming to this understanding as individuals can be hugely healing and empowering and it informs how I negotiate my own experiences and those I work with. I feel we are all innately healthy and that there is a deeper intelligence behind life that we all have access to. It is often the thinking and habitual patterns we are attuned to that contribute to feelings of dis-ease or emotional distress and disconnect us from our innate health and wellbeing.
